Shipping policy
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within *[1–2] business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another automated notification, complete with a tracking number, as soon as your package is officially on its way. Please note that any local import duties, taxes, or VAT incurred at customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. You can easily track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email, but if your order has not arrived within 20 days of that notification, please reach out to us at honestifypaws@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can investigate. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order details and a photo of the item's condition so we can work together on a swift solution or replacement.
